You will find below the basic process involved for purchasing products from Equip’s online bookstore, including the Terms and Conditions.

The shipping charges during checkout is based on shipping rates and for domestic delivery within Malaysia only. Below is the summary of the shipping charges upon checkout. We reserve the right to revise the fees without prior notice. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Presently, the Equip Online Bookstore supports payment by credit card (Stripe) and Direct Bank Transfer. A minimum order of RM60 is needed to check out with credit card payment. For orders under RM60, please check out with online banking.


Available stock is stated on the info page for each product. If the item you need is out of stock, please contact us via email to pre-order the item.


If you order more than one item, we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock (should we have insufficient stock to complete your order). We will notify you if this is the case. In-stock items can be sent separately upon request but additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders will be dispatched from Equip once a week until further notice. Once products are dispatched, the delivery time period is 1-3 working days (West Malaysia), and 3-5 working days (East Malaysia). Working days refer to Mondays to Saturdays and excludes Sundays and public holidays. Due to the current high volume of deliveries for the local delivery services, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

You are responsible for providing us with an active mailing address. In the event a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the your unavailability at the provided address, our courier service shall perform a 2nd and 3rd attempt to deliver the parcel. Pursuant to the 3rd failed attempt, the parcel shall be returned to us. You will be charged again for delivery if you request for the delivery again.


If you wish to cancel your order, you may do it within 24 hours provided that the order is yet to be dispatched. If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours and before your order has been dispatched , you will be able to receive a full refund.

If you wish to change or revise your order, you may do it within 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Other conditions where we will accept your request of refund or exchange:

  • *If your order arrived faulty or damaged; or
  • *If we delivered the wrong item to you

*The shipping fee of these items will be refunded to you if you provide us the postage receipt.

If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake and would like to request for a refund or exchange:

  • There will be additional charges for the new delivery of the correct item.
  • You are responsible to arrange for posting the “wrong” item back to us and bear the shipping fee.

All return, exchange or refund requests must be notified to Equip within 21 days of placing your order. Please email to with your order number before sending anything back.

Please allow up to 30 days for any money to be returned back to your account.
